Arkan has appointed revo to develop the concept definition and design brief. This included Department Store style, vision, positioning, unique selling point and naming suggestions.

Based on this brief, revo developed concept design of 10,000 sqm Department Store including zoning, trade area, renders, tenancy guide, architectural drawings and leasing plans.

The client requested retail mix including potential brands (local and international), rental strategy as well as management organizational structure for the department store and logistics required to operate.
