Trail X is a mountain biking, or off-road bicycle racing, sport facility that is set on rough terrain mimicking mountain, desert and rocks. Mountain biking is an adventurous activity that requires endurance, core strength, balance, bike handling skills, and self-reliance, and is practiced using specially designed mountain bikes.

Cycling Track offers 5 to 10 kilometres of cycling tracks for new and avid riders to make the most of. The network of tracks stretches through a recreational park and along the edges of green spaces.

Jogging Track if you’re looking to get active at a lighter pace,  it is perfect for place you. Lace-up your trainers and enjoy a 750 m leisurely run.

OCR Park is an endurance and challenge-based obstacle course race park for fitness enthusiasts and adventure seekers of all ages and abilities. The park boasts an impressive adult track with eight different obstacles, as well as eight fitness stations in between each obstacle. It also features a children’s track with six smaller obstacle challenges and a welcome centre with changing rooms. The facility is fully accessible and caters to people of determination.

Bike Park provides residents and tourists with an opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and engage in relaxing recreational activities. It features tracks for biking, walking, and jogging, and several shaded rest areas.The inner trail is designed for beginners. Built from asphalt and designed in a loop featuring road markings, the trail is perfect for parents or guardians looking to safely introduce children to cycling.The intermediate trail offers cyclists a range of sights and experiences to enjoy. Though also built using asphalt, it is larger than the inner trail. The outer dirt trail is designed for experienced off-road cyclists and features a number of tunnels and rest areas.

Circuit X is home to four unique and exciting parks: 
BMX Park, Splash Park, High Ropes Park, and Skate Park. The parks provide opportunities for families and friends to explore the island’s range of activities and enjoy action-packed and fun-filled days by the sea.

321 Sports is a thrilling sports village, the perfect destination for those who are looking to elevate their fitness and wellness game.

located a short distance from Abu Dhabi city centre, 321 Sports offers residents, visitors, and tourists a chance to escape the city and enjoy a variety of sporting and entertainment attractions.Alongside the facilities and amenities such as indoor and outdoor basketball courts, a football pitch and athletics track, 321 Sports also has a yoga studio, a fitness zone, a kid’s nursery, and a café.

Surf Range

The world’s longest ride, largest barrel, and highest man-made wave scheduled to open early 2024. Surf Abu Dhabi has been designed in collaboration with the Kelly Slater Wave Company in order to create the perfect conditions for surfers to train or compete, with plans to host major events in the future.
