Marta is a Shopping Centre and Retail Real Estate professional.  She is skilled at retail planning, leasing, marketing and  leadership; and excels at tenant relationship management and  team leadership.

With over 20 years of retail and marketing experience in the UAE and KSA,  as a Head of Retail Leasing at Meraas, Marta supervised leasing  and development of 16 retail assets as well as 21 developments across KSA as a Director of Leasing at Seven.

She also worked for some of the greatest  developers and advisory companies such as Al Futtaim Group  Real Estate, Emaar Malls Group and JLL.

Prior to her venture into retail, Marta has managed marketing  activities for FMCG moguls, such as: Altadis, Red Bull and Philip Morris International.
