His experience in the real estate market is dated from 2009 when he joined Knight Frank, to join later Grnata Real Estate as a Chartered Valuation Surveyor. His work experience includes Valuations, Feasibility Studies and Property Management. Cremio is motivated by his deep affection of the property industry and application of the highest professional standards.

Cremio is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the premium regulatory body in Land, Buildings and the Construction Industry. He obtained a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Regional and Urban Planning and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the from the University of Zimbabwe. Cremio is a Grade A Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) of Bahrain Valuer.
